Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese has had no problems building upon the already massive LSU fanbase she created for herself while in the WNBA.
A large part of this is that, unlike other WNBA rookies (aka Caitlin Clark), Reese is extremely active on social media.
The “Chi Barbie” is constantly posting on X and Instagram, giving her fans daily updates about whatever she has going on in her life.
And on Monday, that meant her drastically altering her personal appearance with a new haircut.
Reese debuted a completely new style on Monday, which was initially posted her Instagram story before getting reposted on X.

And Reese responded to that X post with a new self-proclaimed nickname.
“bobbianaaaaaaa,” Reese replied to the video in her own X post.
Fans are loving this new look from the Sky rookie.
“God took that extra weekend to perfect Angel,” one fan responded.
“Okay LOVE the hair,” said another.
A third wrote, “Looking fabulous darling!!”
It was bold for Reese to cut her hair in the midst of a 13-game double-double streak.
But perhaps Reese felt like because she already secured the WNBA record, she was okay to get the cut.
Or perhaps she’s not superstitious.
